At MR BRANDED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all MR BRANDED tags still attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
